The Scholarship Foundation

We started a small charity, and it is registered as ICO (Incorporated Charitable Organization - foundation model) with Charity Commission.
However, in order to get charity status at HMRC, that's not enough. One of the requirements is a bank account. For us, that's a challenge: while the charity is headquartered in and registered in the UK, all three trustees are located outside the UK, and so as far as I can ascertain no high street bank or building society would open a bank account for us. And HMRC does not accept accounts with challenger banks such as Wise or Revolut.
