The charity I work for is currently in the process of working up a Compassionate Leave policy for anyone who has been bereaved. In the process of putting it together, we would like to be able to be to provide some mental health go- to resources for bereaved employees. It could be counselling services, or a phone number, or a website to re-direct them towards counselling services that are provided elsewhere.

Does anyone know of any free or low-cost counselling services that a small charity can work/partner with to provide such counselling for its employees? Or perhaps free mental health resources that provide such further information?

I’m happy to hear from anyone who works at a mental health charity who wants to promote theirs.
