Dealing with abuse from one charity to another

Robin Burgess CEO at Northampton Hope Centre Posted 4 years ago

We are a charity in Northampton. Another charity doing similar work, but much smaller and newer, spends a huge amount of time posting hostile and aggressive views on social media about us. If the local paper runs a nice story about us, such as about donations made to us, they post really hostile posts criticising what the donors have done, or what we have done.
They won't respond to us, nor listen to us. We have complained to the charity commission, but they refuse to hear the complaints. Yet we have never heard of one charity doing this to another.
What can we do?  This is really damaging to us, our reputation and our fundraising.
Any ideas welcome
