Difficulty finding fundraising volunteers

Hi everyone

I posted two volunteer roles on Reach Volunteering 3 weeks ago and barely an acknowledgement. One is for fundraiser and the other for Corporate engagement and impact consultant.

We operate mainly internationally, which may be a deterrent to someone keen on supporting local communities, but I do suspect that the core mission to support trans people may be the biggest turn-off in this day and age.

What other platforms could I try?
