My employer has asked me to write a new handbook for staff AND volunteers at our animal rescue centre which will replace two previously separate ones.
I feel we could be on potentially dodgy ground here as it's making even less of a distinction between those who are paid and those who volunteer.
Do I need to worry? Has anyone got any 'evidence' on this topic that I can share with them please?
