I'm the Founder & Chair of a small charity to support people affected by a rare condition, we've been a charity for just 3 years.
We have a number of regular giving donors - monthly & quarterly & I'm hoping someone can help me with the donor journeys specifically on regular giving.
At the moment we send thank you letters immediately after they donate the first time and pretty much that's all unless they stop or the payment is missed. I want to make a proper donor journey for all our donors including regular donors.
Does anyone have any suggestions in how to make their donor journey better as I think they definitely need more contact!
How does your charity handle donor journeys? Do you contact donors every month of their regular give? What about ordinary donors who make one offs? I don't want the charity to seem 'desperate' by constantly contacting donors!!
Hope someone can help 🤞🏼
Many thanks in advance
Victoria
