Easy solution for complimentary tickets at events for volunteers?

Hi,

We run a Music Festival over a weekend and each year offer a number of free tickets to volunteers. This is an administrative nightmare as you can imagine so I am wondering, is there an easier option?

We are using Ticket Tailor for the tickets and can do this via a code or by creating hidden tickets they can release but obviously this is open to abuse as the code can be passed on.

Previously we have created the individual tickets for each person but ideally we want to find something similar so if anyone has any ideas that would be great.
