I am a Tier 2 skilled worker visa in the UK. My convertible and transferable skills includes starting and running my own charity organisation that support women affected by conflict and trauma. Currently in the UK as a care worker, i was enchanted by the impact I make on the people I serve daily but totally disasisfied with the way such business are being run. I am invaluable to my employer and cliente. But i am getting low-spirited with the LTD care company. Do we have a healthcare charity who can absolve me or can anyone give me a lead to a firm that's can also offer visa sponsorship?
