Hi All
We are starting to think about office life post-COVID. Intend to use offices for collaboration which means we will introduce the concept of hybrid working - some in office, some at home. Does anyone have any experience to share? Also interested in London weighting salary allowance to ensure fairness, fear this s is going to open a can of worms!!
