Hi, I'm Gayle from Boys and Girls Clubs of Wales.
I have been their Business Development Manager for nearly a year now after working for a local youth organisation for 25 years! My role is mainly income generation for the main organisation but also to support our member clubs to secure income and support them to be fundraising ready. We have over 170 clubs across Wales so it's busy.
Does anyone have any ideas around how to find funding for our outdoor activities residential centre?
We hope it will pay for itself in 5 years! Thanks
