Feeling a bit stuck

Is anyone else feeling a bit stuck as a fundraising manager right now?
I've had success securing grants, trusts and corporate partnerships, but I'm struggling with donor engagement, database growth, limited trustee involvement and a team that doesn't always feel fully behind the fundraising agenda.
I'm starting to feel like I've lost my direction and confidence as a manager. I'd love to hear from others who have experienced something similar. What helped you refocus and regain momentum?
Fundraising can feel quite lonely at times, so any advice or experiences would be hugely appreciated.
