Free or low cost meeting spaces in Central London for small charities?

Our work team of 3, who usually work remotely from across the country are hoping to meet in person together in London towards the end of January.

Any suggestions for free or low-cost spaces we could contact to use for the 6 hours we need in the week? Thanks for your help!
