Free MS365 accounts for non profits?

Is Microsoft still offering free MS365 accounts for non-profits? I have heard conflicting reports.
I understood MS was still offering free MS365 Business Basic licenses but an IT contact has said that MS has recently - last 2 months - reviewed these and the 'grants' offer discounts but not do not offer completely free licenses any more.
Does anyone know more?
