I'm delighted to share that we're launching a new free training programme for all non-profit teams, which focuses on "How to deliver successful projects". 

It consists of 6 modules starting with "Selling the business case internally" and running right through to "How to ensure your project delivers real benefit". Each module is 60 - 90 minutes long and includes contributions from clients who have achieved their own project success, so they'll be sharing valuable insights and tips.

The first module is at 9:30 next Thursday, February 4th, then they 're scheduled fortnightly from there. You may choose to attend them all or to cherry-pick the modules to best suit your needs and interests.

We're aiming to really help you learn from our decade-long experience of running digital projects with our charity and non-profit clients, so that you too can be more confident of success when you run your projects.
