Funding suggestions for cold building insulation

Does anyone know of any schemes that provide full or partial funding for charities to have their buildings insulated - loft and/or walls? We have an old hall that doesn't seem to retain much heat.
The only schemes I have found so far are the government ones - ECO4 and the Great British Insulation scheme - but these are only for individuals and homes rather than for charities and public buildings/workspaces.
Any advice gratefully received - Dave
