I wonder if anyone can give us suggestions how we can fund the purchase of premises to expand our ever growing IT recycling charity in Stoke on Trent. We have premises in mind that have a value of £600k and up until recently thought we had funding in place to move the sale forward, however we have now been informed that due to change in direction the funders can only fund food banks, clothing banks or 'cost of living' projects. 

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how we can proceed. Here's hoping, all the best.
