Use of Social Media Platforms in Charities

Hi there
If I had hair, it would be long gone now. I have tried multiple times to upload the ODS file to upload to HMRC to claim back the Gift Aid that's owed to us. But without joy.
Can someone please tell me why the CSV file that Wonderful sent me, and assure me is compatible? Do I need to remove/add / rewrite the column headings? Any help, sincerely appreciated.
