My Name is Adama Fofana. I am so new here. I am happy to be led in the right direction and corrected if I go outside of the rules unknowingly.

4 years ago, I set up a small charity and our main priority is to provide early diagnosis and treatment for vulnerable patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and asthma in Africa, specifically Sierra Leone. We also raise awareness about the disease in our local community (Cambridgeshire) through events and exhibition. My husband and I have been funding the work so far with our own funds but now we are completely up to our neck. If anyone has lists of funders supporting projects both Home and Abroad I would be eternally grateful.
