I thought I’d jump on here to say a quick hello and introduce myself! My name’s Rose and I’m so excited to be starting as your new Community Manager. I’ll be following on from the incredible Aggie, who’s done a brilliant job fostering this community over the last year.
A bit about me. My background is in social media, also running the channels for CharityConnect’s sister site, CharityJob, so for all questions social media-related, feel free to come my way! I’m thrilled to be leading this particular community and want it to be an ever-improving space that best serves you as you navigate the third sector.
Most of all, I’m excited to be joining CharityConnect during the season we’re in. It’s times like these where we learn how crucial online communities really are—we need to support one another if we want to become resilient. Now’s a period of learning from one another as charities adapt and innovate towards ‘the new normal.’
