Hi, I have been applying for positions on CharityJob over the past few months. I feel I have had the transferable skills/experience to fill these roles and have presented excellent applications/cover letters/CV's. Each one has been carefully tailored to meet the specific criteria for each post.Â
However, I have not been invited for any interviews. I was wondering if any recruiters could give me any advice or support please. For example, do you read each application/cover letter or do you base your elimination criteria on the CV alone?Â
Do you tend to receive a lot of applications? Any help would be appreciated! Many thanks.
