How can we recruit volunteers and fundraise for our CIC?

We are a new CIC in which we receive surplus food from reputable establishments, the produce is then turned into tasty meals to satisfy our community.
We finally have been given the opportunity to use the kitchen within one of our local churches.
I really could do with some advice on the following:
- Recruiting volunteers
- Fundraising
- Any advice in regards to Community interest Companies CIC I would be more than grateful for your advice.
