I have now worked for a charity for 4 years, in the retail part. I now seek to become a Volunteer Coordinator.

To the people who have worked as Volunteer Coordinators, do you have any advice?
How did you gain the relevant experience for the role?
Did you study for any particular qualifications?
What is the most rewarding part of the job?
Can you observe the difference you are making or have made?

I'm passionate about helping people and working for charity, and I feel the best way for me to do that is to become a Volunteer Coordinator.
