It's World Mental Health Day so I just wanted to come on here to open up the conversation. ❤️‍🩹🌍
Did you know that last year, over 875,000 workers experienced work-related stress, depression, or anxiety? While working in the charity sector often brings a sense of purpose and connection, it can also become a source of strain for so many. Whether it's due to unrealistic targets, lack of funding, or simply the emotional weight that comes with your charity's' cause.
That's why, now more than ever, it's crucial to work for a company that truly cares about its employees' mental health.
I think it's important to share our experiences and be a driving force for change. With that in mind, I'm curious to hear if you feel seen and supported by the charity you work for?
Let's open up the conversation in the comments. 💜
