I wonder if someone could guide me on how to title the notes of a meeting, which was not quorate. I assume they would not be titled as 'minutes'?Â
Also, what would be the wording for stating that the previous minutes were not 'agreed upon' in the current meeting as the current meeting is not quorate. I'm assuming the previous minutes cannot be approved unless the current meeting is quorate?
