How to look after your wellbeing as a freelancer

CharityConnect: How to look after your wellbeing as a freelancer
Last year I authored A wellbeing guide for comms professionals with CharityComms, which is a free guide to help those of us working in charity comms to build resilience, spot the signs and symptoms of mental health issues and provide expert advice from wellbeing professionals as well as best practice case studies from charities.
But, as a freelancer, it got me thinking... how can we look after our mental health and wellbeing when we often work alone, work long hours or over weekends and how we deal with setbacks or impostor syndrome? As I've been freelance almost five years now, I thought I'd share my tools and techniques for looking after my wellbeing as a freelancer:

If you're a freelancer, how do you look after your mental health and wellbeing? I'd love to hear your tips!
