Hello everyone,
I am happy to join this community.
I have a degree in Economics, a Master's in International Relations, and I have international experience abroad. However, I have never worked for an NGO.
Working in the charity and NGO sector has always been my dream. Since I was a child, I have wanted to do a job where I could help people and make a positive difference. This is something I really care about.
I have studied a lot to reach this goal, but it is very difficult to get my first opportunity because many jobs ask for previous NGO experience.
I would like to ask for your advice. How did you get your first job in this sector? What can I do to improve my chances?
