Hi, 

I have been working for a women's charity in various advocacy roles for a few years now (approx 3). i have a lot of advocacy and group facilitation experience. I am ready for something new now though and would really appreciate some advice around this. How do people move from this to a manager role? I kee applying but nowhere has even given me an interview and I feel competely demoralised. I dont understand how you get the experience without having the role in the first place? Such a Catch 22! 

Any advice at all would be really appreciated. Thanks a lot.
