How to prepare an impact assessment for funding?

Hello, I will shortly be applying for a Capital Funding grant to provide a group workshop and basic amenities, toilets and kitchen. One of the funders requirements is to submit an Impact Assessment my application. We are a wellbeing garden charity supporting mental and physical wellbeing.

Has anyone had any experience of providing a similar report or can provide and advice? 🍃
