Membership and Marketing Coordinator

I'm very new to the Charity sector (circa 5 months) and have increasingly found there are differences in best practice in a number areas, so am glad to have found CharityConnect for those times when I'm in need of a bit of guidance!
Whilst I work as a Membership & Marketing Coordinator, we are a very small team and so I find myself picking up other tasks, a recent one being some HR duties. Can anyone point me towards some good (ideally free) resources for adaptable charity HR policies?
