Hello,

I’m curious to know how you handle situations where someone wants to raise a concern anonymously. Do you have any suggestions on how this can be done in practice?

For example, do you use a specific whistleblowing tool or platform, or do you ask people to submit concerns via a letter or an email account that does not reveal their identity?

Anonymous whistleblowing is part of our policy, but we are currently exploring how to implement it effectively in practice and would be interested to understand what approaches have worked for others.
