I don't feel appreciated in my role

I joined my current organisation 3yrs and I love my job. My role included building the capacity of colleagues in what I do. I do advocacy work in a charity. Whereas I am happy there's evidence of success, my boss now treats me like I am not needed since some colleagues can pretty much do my work.

I also feel sidelines from most opportunities. What can I do?
