Insurance enquiry ... medical advice

Does anyone have any suggestions as to a broker or insurer that would be prepared to provide liability insurance for a patient organisation charity that wanted to employ a qualified medical adviser to support members via a helpline?
Our experience so far is that this cover is difficult to secure for an employee, even one who has their own PI in an NHS or private practice role elsewhere?
Any advice welcome!
