I have done a lot of research on where to invest our charity's funds without taking too much risk. There are two safe options besides saving account: 1. Invest in Charity Authorised Investment Funds (CAIF). We have selected M&G, CCLA, Rathbones, BlackRock, Newton, WS Waverton and Cazenove; 2. The second option is to open a Charity Investment account with Fidelity International. Once this account is open you can chose whatever shares you want to invest and Fidelity will do it for you. This service used to be available from HL but not any more.

The question I want to ask is on Stamp Duty. When buying shares in Investment Trust will I pay Stamp duty.
