We are a small charity looking to recruit a new Director. The staff team have said they would like to meet the candidates as part of the recruitment process. We trustees have no problem with this, but no experience of doing it. Has anyone done this, either formally or informally? if so, what did you do and do you have any advice for us? Thanks
