Thanks for letting me join this great community - it was a recommendation as the charity and not for profot sector are things I'm very passionate about and would love to make an impact in.

A bit about myself - I'm an accomplished Learning, Talent and Organisational Development leader with over 20 years' experience partnering with senior leaders to build organisational capability, lead transformational change and develop high-performing teams. Experienced in creating learning strategies, leadership development programmes and workforce capability solutions across financial services, professional services and complex operational environments. Recognised for combining strategic thinking, commercial awareness and hands-on delivery to achieve measurable business outcomes.   Alongside all of this experience, I have also successfully led charity fund raising initiatives and employee engagement programmes and achieved positive results (as well as giving me huge job satisfaction).  

I know that full time L & D resource isn't always a priority when budgets are as stretched as they are currently but that doesn't mean your learning needs are going away.  This is where I can help on an ad hoc, flexible basis by providing L & D solutions and support as needed whether it's strategy, learning design, eLearning or classroom training - plus I can offer group sessions or 1 to1s, odd days or longer term programmes.
