Is Givematch an effective donation portal?

We have been sent approached by fundraising platform Givematch who offer match funding to any donor who can encourage 2 further donors who can support us.
While this sounds tempting as we approach the main Individual Giving drive I was wondering what peoples experience was. Is this easy to implement? Have you had any issues with getting payments?
And most importantly are your donors getting the 2 additional donors to qualify for a match
