Is it just me? Are we all having lunch "al-desko"?

Hi Folks,
First time starting a topic - so be kind!
In my office we've been talking about lunch-breaks and their importance. We all know the benefit of taking a bit of time out during the day, but very often we seem to find ourselves hunched over our keyboards having lunch "al-desko" and hoping that our leftovers aren't stinking up the office!
So, I'm wondering how widespread this is in our sector and have got a simple question for the community?
How many times a week do you have a full lunch break?
If you've got a little more time I'd also love to know:
When you don't take a break, what stops you?
When you do take a break, what makes you?
