We are currently running a regular giving campaign and very frustratingly the payment gateway on our website has stopped working so people aren't able to set up a regular donation without getting in touch with us. The problem occurs when people fill in the 'captcha' code right at the end of the process - it just refreshes and gives them a new code endlessly and they never get to the stage of actually submitting the details. This must be really annoying for anyone wanting to set up a regular donation, and the last thing we want to be doing is annoying our potential donors!

 I contacted CAF with this issue over 2 weeks ago and it's still not fixed. I've chased them for updates and not had anything substantial back. Does anyone have any advice on how I can move forward with this? Or if anyone has any recommendations for different payment platforms as I have been so disappointed in CAF's handling of this issue.
