Know any good helpline training material? We want to up our game

Hi everyone,
Our organisation offer support services over a webchat function. We train up volunteers to be able to answer enquiries, but we would like to improve this. I was wondering if anyone else has specific training modules/guides for webchat or helpline enquiries?
It's hard not to come across robotty on these platforms, any advice appreicated.
