Legacy Support Champions

In January 2025, I joined Countess Charity and Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Trust, as their Trust & Legacy Fundraiser . I am currently investigating the opportunity to establish a network of Legacy Support Champions within the Countess and would be grateful for any insights or previous experiences other organisations have had.
Any experience you have had linked to the following would be appreciated:
- Increase internal recognition and onboarding
- Legacy Support Champion Stewardship - including Role Description, Recruitment and Training
- External Marketing
- Measuring the impact
