This question is from a member of our community that wishes to remain anonymous:
I have just become the CEO (not my choice) of a small charity, which will become the foundation model CIO as a Corporate Foundation. Due to a number of reasons, I am now solely responsible for all matters with this charity. We have a constitution, 3 independent trustees and 1 Corporate Trustee (happens to be founder and the owner of the corporate business).Â
Is there anywhere I can ask for support to ensure all  the legal requirements are covered in setting up our charity and taking on volunteers (we have 2 already)? We already have insurance to cover trustees and volunteers. If any of you have practical and sound advice I would really appreciate it.
