Where to post a volunteer position?

We have several volunteers who are on call to operate defibrillators when required. All volunteers have completed a training course run by St Johns Ambulance. A few volunteers have now raised questions about their own liability if they get involved in volunteering activities involving defibrillators and resuscitation.
Please get in contact if you have experience of this situation, including any wording that you use in a volunteer agreement, or in arrangements with your insurer. We naturally do not want volunteers to withdraw nor do we want them to be exposed to liability.
