Hey community! 

I'm working for a charity that is wanting to commence using TikTok for paid ads - there was previously an account set up years ago by a member of staff no longer with the organisation, who we have been able to contact to provide account recovery information that TikTok ask for (date of set up, city of set up, device used etc). The problem we are experiencing is that the two-factor authentication is linked to a phone number that is so old, it has been transferred to a new person/new phone somewhere out there in the ether, with us having no way to access this. TikTok seem to not be able to circumvent this and are now telling us to contact the network provider to figure out where this phone number has been transferred to?! 

So my question is, has anyone been able to successfully regain a TikTok account when experiencing such problems with two-factor authentication?
