I'm the Office Administrator for a relatively small charity which means I handle fundraising and events such as the London Marathon. I started the job only recently so this is the first time working on the Marathon and would really appreciate some advice.

I'm planning on going to London to take photos/videos of our runners and to meet them afterwards, hopefully! I've looked up about how other charities do this but can only see information about the larger charities which host post-event receptions including food and massages! It'll only be myself there on the day and I cannot offer anything like that but would still like to meet our 3 runners and show our appreciation for all of their hard work. Do you have ideas or advice you can offer about what I can do? Obviously, I don't know their plans and they may not feel like hanging about too long but I would like some kind of plan in place, if possible!
