Looking for a management development training or LMS to support middle managers and teams

Hi I am looking for a management development training provider or LMS system for charities to provide manager skills training. We would also be interested in off the shelf courses or bespoke courses through LMS to implement development pathways and short courses.
Would really appreciate any providers that other charities have used or can recommend.
