Hello - we have had a request from an employee on a remote contract to purchase a bike through our cycle to work scheme. The problem is that they are contracted to work from home. I am trying to find out if they are eligible to apply. I know there was an easement during covid but I'm assuming that is lapsed now? I think it would be good to be able to offer this benefit to all staff in support of their health and wellbeing but equally I don't want to be in breach of any statutory regulations especially those with tax implications. Any advice would be much appreciated
