Looking for a mentor!

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if you might be able to help? I've been running my CIC since 2022 (always on the side of my day job), last year I took voluntary redundancy to really focus on getting the structure, governance, policies etc all up to scratch and started applying for funding (2 of which were successful) and doing pilot workshops.
It's been really successful, but I will need to go back to a full time job again from July and now want to look at what's been working well, strategies to expand a team (mix fo volunteers and freelancers) and how I can continue to expand?
I would really appreciate any advice or mentorship from someone in this community who can help me navigate this time and help me make the right steps forward.
