Hi all,
A small charity I volunteer with is looking for a low-cost (or free) CRM solution to help us manage relationships with the people we support, as well as track our interactions and support activities.
Ideally, we’d like something that’s easy to use, can be customised a little, and allows us to generate basic reports for funders (e.g. types of support provided, contact history, outcomes).
We don’t have a large budget or technical team, so something simple and affordable would be ideal.
Does anyone have recommendations for CRM tools that have worked well for small charities?
