Hi, we sadly lost our Treasurer earlier this year. We have lost access to our online VAT account as everything was done from her personal  email and phone. We have made many calls to HMRC but are unable to pass security to gain access, they are fining us for overdue VAT returns, our accountant is unable to gain access as we have not got our Certificate either. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
