Hello Everyone, 

My name is Vinutha Hegde and I joined this group a few days ago. I have 7 years of experience in Project Management / Process Management / Training and development. I took a career break two years ago as I relocated from country to country with my husband. 

Since Nov 2019, through the UN's online volunteering programme,  I have been associated with an NGO to create educational videos for underprivileged children in India. I've been interacting with the children on Skype to help them communicate in English and build their communication skills. 

 Recently I have taken up a position with a Charity in London as a trustee and I am able to gain a lot of knowledge. 

I have enjoyed working with Charity organisations and I want to focus on Project Management roles as that is what I truly enjoy.  I have been applying to Project Manager / Officer/ Coordinator roles but have not been successful. I would really appreciate it if someone here guides me to navigate these waters. I am open to learn through volunteering as well.
